The CICare Assessment Tool (CAT) is to provide a convenient assessment tool to evaluate employee or volunteers performance during their interaction with patients, families, and colleagues. The survey covers seven different areas, including professional, telephone, appointment scheduling, office check-in, room placement, office check-out, and follow-up. The results from this survey can be analyzed for the mission to deliver leading-edge patient care, research, and education.
